- Gift Voucher
Terms & Conditions -

1. Voucher Validity
   Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be clearly stated on each voucher. All classes included in the voucher must be completed before the expiry date.

2. Location
   Gift vouchers are valid exclusively for Latin Dynamix classes held in Rugby. Our current venue is Hillmorton Ex-Servicemen's Club, Rugby, CV21 4EH.Vouchers cannot be redeemed at other locations.

3. Salsa Class for Two Gift Voucher
   The Salsa Class for Two voucher is valid for two different people attending the same class together. It cannot be split into two separate classes for the same person.

4. Refunds & Cancellations
   Purchasers may request a cancellation and refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been redeemed.Once any class included in a voucher has been attended, the voucher is considered used and no refund will be offered for a change of mind, including for any remaining classes. This is subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.

   After the applicable cancellation period, unused, partially used or expired vouchers are non-refundable where the purchaser or recipient simply chooses not to attend or redeem them.
   Nothing in these terms affects statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.

5. Voucher Redemption
   Each voucher contains a unique reference number, which must be provided upon arrival. Vouchers can only be redeemed for the experience specified and cannot be exchanged for cash. Each voucher can only be redeemed once for its specified experience.

6. Payments
   All gift voucher purchases must be paid for in full through a secure SumUp payment link provided by Latin Dynamix. Vouchers will be issued once payment has been confirmed.

7. Voucher Transfers
   Unused vouchers may be transferred to another person. Once any class has been attended, the voucher becomes non-transferable.

   
   

8. Classes & Availability
   Advance booking is not required for individual classes. Recipients of the Complete Beginner Salsa Course must join from Week 1 of a scheduled course. Upcoming course dates are available on our website and can be found here.
   If the advertised dates are unsuitable, please contact Latin Dynamix by email to discuss alternative options.

9. Payments
   All gift voucher purchases must be paid for in full through a secure SumUp payment link provided by Latin Dynamix. Vouchers will be issued once payment has been confirmed.
   

10. Lost Vouchers
    Please keep your voucher safe. If a voucher is lost, please contact Latin Dynamix. A replacement may be issued where the original purchase can be verified.

11. Class Changes & Cancellations
    Latin Dynamix reserves the right to make reasonable changes to class dates, times or venues when necessary. If a class is cancelled by Latin Dynamix, an alternative class or suitable arrangement will be offered.Where Latin Dynamix cannot provide the purchased experience, applicable refund rights will be honoured.

12. Digital & Printed Vouchers

    Customers can choose between the following options:

• E-voucher: Sent by email at no additional charge.

• Printed voucher: Available for an additional £1.

• Free collection: Printed vouchers can be collected from our class venue in Rugby at no additional collection charge.

• Postal delivery: Printed vouchers can be posted using Royal Mail First Class or Second Class delivery. Postage charges will depend on the selected delivery service and will be added to the SumUp payment link before payment.

  Both digital and printed vouchers have the same validity and redemption conditions.
  
  

13. General Conditions
    Gift vouchers are subject to Latin Dynamix class policies. Any exceptions to these terms must be agreed with Latin Dynamix.
